The Clerk of Superior Court is a Constitutional Officer. This position was created by act of the Legislature in the state constitution. The Clerk of Superior Court is the custodian of the following for the county and provides access of these records to the public:

Our mission is to keep all these records as up to date as possible and to serve our customers respectfully with prompt, courteous, and efficient service. In Laurens County, the Clerk of Superior Court also serves as the Clerk of Magistrate Court and Juvenile Court.
