The Dublin Laurens Humane Society pulls animals from ourkennels every week. Our kennel is open for ANY STATE LICENSED RESCUE to pull from.Laurens County Animal Control kennel is not opened to the public and does nothave an adoption policy. All adoptions are through the Laurens County HumaneSociety.

Yes. Agriculture Department issues license to qualified people. Rescues can only receive from other rescues or owner surrenders. It is illegal to pick up animals at random and rescue/foster without going through the proper channels. Fosters generally work under the rescues license.
